This project was a huge engineering feat. When we took on this project, our client wasn't even sure if some of the things they wanted would even be possible. This project was indeed difficult but very little is impossible in construction. The house is still under construction and it is the largest house currently being built in Florida at over 24,000 Sqft. This project was the only design in the US to make it to the top 10 best projects in the world by the WAF (World Architecture Festival) in Europe. This is the largest residential project in the USA for Tesla with over 11,000 Sqft of Tesla Solar Tiles. This house is 100% self-sufficient. It contains its own water and sewage processing plant. It can clean and store 40,000 gallons of water collected from the lake and rain. because of this technology the house will have a natural aquarium surrounding the home containing marine life. Additionally, it has a True Green Certification. 

The house has a state-of-the-art swimming pool with 19-meter12-person training lanes, a 12 person spa, a sauna, a gym, a Zen garden, a dance studio, a private artificial beach with real beach sand, a BBQ area, a summer kitchen, a green rooftop designed by a landscape artist, 2 fire pits, a home theater, a Wine Cellar for 1,500 bottles and many more.
